Return & Refund Policy

At Badlavo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide a smooth and transparent return and refund experience for online shopping in India. Please read the policy below carefully before initiating a return or refund request.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • The item is returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories intact

⚠️ Return requests must be raised within 7 Days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery:

  • Personal care products
  • Beauty & hygiene items
  • Undergarments or intimate products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

How to Initiate a Return

  1. To request a return:

    1. Visit our Contact Us page
    2. Share your Order ID, reason for return, and clear images/videos
    3. Our support team will review and guide you through the next steps

    Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.

Return Pickup & Shipping

  • Return pickup availability depends on your location and courier partner
  • If pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to ship the product back

Shipping charges for returns may be applicable unless the return is due to our error

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • Collection Charges will be Paid by Customer.

Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we may offer:

    • A replacement, subject to product availability
    • A refund, if replacement is not available

    The final decision rests with Badlavo after verification.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
  • Refunds for cancelled orders (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days

Late or Missing Refunds

 If you haven’t received your refund:

    •  Check your bank or payment provider first
    • Contact your card issuer or wallet service
    • If the issue persists, reach out to our support team

Damaged During Transit

If your package appears damaged on delivery:

  • Do not accept the order
  • Capture photos/videos immediately
  • Contact us within 48 hours

This helps us resolve issues faster.

Policy Abuse

Badlavo reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if:

    • Products show signs of use
    • Original packaging is missing or damaged
    • Repeated or fraudulent return activity is detected
